*If accepted, a nonrefundable $1,500 deposit will be required to hold your space in the seminar. Deposit will be applied to the full balance.

Justice & Society Seminar Transfer and Cancellation Policy

A transfer is a move to a future seminar within the same calendar year, pending seminar space.

121+ days before the first day of the seminar

· Transfer Policy: $500 fee in addition to paid participant fee

· Cancellation Policy: Refund of paid participant fee less $5,475

120-46 days before the first day of the seminar:

· Transfer Policy: $5,475 transfer fee in addition to paid participant fee

· Cancellation Policy: Refund of paid participant fee less $10,000

45 days or less before the seminar:

· Transfer Policy: $10,000 transfer fee in addition to paid participant fee

· Cancellation Policy: No refund of paid participant fee
